Ordering from this website means these terms apply. Velvera Harbor trades as an online retailer from Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Payment

UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept cards. Details on the Payment policy.

Delivery

Estimates, charges and the free-delivery threshold are on the Shipping policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Returns

Window, condition and refund timelines are on the Return and refund policy. Velvera Harbor does not offer a direct exchange.

Warranty

We add no warranty of our own on top of what a product carries. A warranty stated on a product page applies per its terms; Velvera Harbor does not extend or replace it.

Placing an order

Adding items to the cart and completing checkout is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after that, we write to you and refund in full – see the Cancellation policy.

Product information

Product descriptions are written from the information available for each piece. Photographs are representative; screens render colour differently and natural materials vary between batches. Where a specification is not listed, it is because we do not have it confirmed – we would rather leave it out than guess. If you need to know whether an item suits a particular use, write to [email protected] and we can help you compare it with the specifications listed.

Pricing

Rupee prices, and they can move. Whatever was displayed at the moment your order was confirmed is the price that binds. An obvious pricing mistake on a listing is raised with you before dispatch instead of being pushed through.

Tax

Velvera Harbor is not registered for GST. Based on the business’s current circumstances, turnover stays below the applicable GST registration threshold, so GST registration is not applicable at this time. GST is not charged separately on orders, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN is issued. The price on a product page is the price of the goods; applicable delivery charges appear before checkout is completed.

Hand finished pieces

Hand painted, hand blown and hand carved items vary between pieces. Where a product page describes a piece that way, variation in colour and finish is expected and is not a fault.

Use of this website

Site content belongs to Velvera Harbor or is used with the owner permission. Commercial reuse is not permitted without asking. Interfering with the site or placing fraudulent orders is not either.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction.

The email address on your order is the address we use for confirmations, tracking and anything that needs an answer. Keep it accurate, and check the spam folder if a confirmation does not arrive.
