Privacy policy
This page explains what Velvera Harbor collects when you order, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be long.
How long it is kept
We hold order records for as long as returns, queries and accounting reasonably require, plus any period applicable law imposes.
Your rights
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) give you four practical rights here: see what is held, have it corrected, have it erased where no legal duty requires us to keep it, and withdraw consent where processing rests on consent. Email [email protected] with your Order ID to use any of them.
What is collected
We hold your name, delivery address, phone number and email address because a parcel cannot be addressed or a query answered without them. We keep a record of what was ordered and when, so returns can be verified. Past that point there is only the technical data any web server receives when a page loads.
What is not collected
No card details are collected or stored. Velvera Harbor does not accept cards, so there is nothing of that kind to hold. UPI payments are completed in your own banking application; the PIN never reaches this store.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart and checkout working. The store does not run advertising or profiling cookies.
Who it is shared with
Your details go to the delivery partner handling your parcel, the payment processor, and the hosting provider – the three services needed to operate the store – plus anyone the law obliges us to tell. That is the complete list. No selling, no renting, no marketing lists.
Grievance contact
The grievance write to for privacy complaints is [email protected]. We have not appointed a separate named officer; complaints are dealt with directly by whoever is responsible for running Velvera Harbor, with acknowledgement inside one business day.
Security
Pages are served over HTTPS and order records are reachable only by the people who fulfil and support orders. We will not claim the arrangement is impregnable – no system is.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page.
If something goes wrong
If order data is exposed in a way that could affect you, we will write to the people affected at the email address on the order and describe what happened and what we have done about it.
Marketing
We do not run a marketing list. If you receive email from us it will be about an order you placed or a question you asked, not a promotion.
