Cancellation policy
Cancelling costs nothing. Up until the moment a parcel is handed to the courier, an order can be cancelled free of charge – no cancellation fee, no restocking fee.
Timing
Timing matters. The daily cut-off is 3:00 PM IST; orders in before it are usually packed the same day, so a cancellation has the best chance if it arrives before then. After a parcel leaves Indore cancellation is no longer possible and it turns into a return under the Return and refund policy.
Refund after cancellation
Where an order was paid in advance, the refund is processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. How quickly it then appears in your account is set by your bank or UPI app.
A Cash on Delivery order cancelled before dispatch has nothing to refund – no payment has been taken.
Cancellation by Velvera Harbor
Occasionally an order has to be cancelled from our side – stock that turns out to be unavailable, an address a courier cannot service, or a pricing error on a listing. We write to you at [email protected] and refund any amount paid in full within 5-7 business days. Nothing is deducted.
How to cancel
Two routes: email [email protected] quoting your Order ID and order email, or phone +91 8698342515 while the line is open. Customer service hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM IST
Fragile packing
Decorative pieces are wrapped individually, so an order is committed earlier in the process than a flat-packed item. Cancel as soon as you know.
Repeated refusal of COD parcels
If COD parcels from an account are refused at the door more than after, we may ask for prepayment on later orders. That is not applied silently – you would hear from us first.
Changing an order instead of cancelling
If you want a different size or colour rather than nothing at all, say so – before dispatch we can often amend the order rather than cancel and re-place it, which is faster.
Part cancellation
A single item can be removed from a multi-item order before dispatch. The refund covers that item, and the delivery charge is recalculated against the remaining order value.
